Pens don't need any d. They wouldn't have signed Ceci if they didn't intend on playing him. This is a waste of time for them

they do not have an internal budget. and with a team with injury history, too many isnt a bad thing, however, we traded a defenseman in the deal so we have the same number as before lol

Johns said he wasn't comfortable playing anymore. With his concussion before I think he is having more problems related to it or he got another one. I don't see any way he plays again.

And the Pens dont trade Sceviour before he even plays a game..lol. He will have more value at the trade deadline and has an expiring contract too. They can just bury his contract in the minors until the trade deadline. And keep him as injury insurance.
