Looks good, I’d do it. Only thing I’d do is sign Vatanen for 1 year max. With Lundkvist coming over next season and one of Rykov/Robertson potentially making it out of camp come next September, it would cause more of a log jam than there already is having another defenseman signed through next season.

Vatanen was very impressive in the playoffs but we already have to shed Smiths cap as it is, plus we won't buy him out. Need 4m minimum for bonuses, most likely 6m+. A bigger LD is more the need. In this case we would have to shed Strome which leaves us scrambling for a cheaper C...
