Respectfully, yea, I’m not sure this quite does it. Poehling might need to be replaced with a better roster player or prospect.

After the loss of Dadanov and in this proposal Huberdeau. I think you need to add Caufield and Struble and remove Poehling and Guhle. Although Guhle does play both sides of the ice so he does have that going for him over Struble.

Thats already a ton to give for a single player tho. He would be 28 during the TDL too. But I get it, I guess it would depend on FLOs intentions (rebuild or retool). If hes really put on the market at some point, that would be one of the best packages offered imo

I do agree with the assessing Florida’s plans first. But, the big issue is that hubby is firmly in his prime and the panthers have plenty of leverage to sell high on him. It’s a strong package, but that would have to be a strong overpay to get hubby. Plus, that contract is just unfair......

Dude you're not even close to getting Huberdeau for those pieces, Both Barkov and Huberdeaus value is in line with Jack Eichels value and those pieces are nowhere close to getting Eichel. Try more like Suzuki/Kotkaniemi and Romanov and Caufield for starters.
