The one thing that worries me as a leafs fan is sergachev. The bruins have not addressed their lhd need and sergachev remains unsigned. Tampa will not trade him but even an overpay by bruins or an offersheet completely changes the dynamic of the team. 5 x 6-7m I think puts him out of reach for Tampa.

Yeah, but I feel that Tampa won’t get that much value for their player, they have 2.9m to fill 5 roster spot, plus signing sergy, Cirelli and Cernak, other gems are not stupid they won’t push for a trade now because they know that when the cap limit won’t be over 10% the actual, Tampa will have no other choice than to give players, so if Tampa don’t want to be cockblock they should accept that everytrade they will do they will lose value wise
