No thanks and Gambrell isn't LW/top6 player.

I would love that trade from the bruins perspective.

Cmon man. That’s awesome for boston. I guess you can make a case that in covid era they wouldn’t have to pay that much, but 5 million for Kane is pretty good.

Didn't see the $2M retained, my mistake. For 6 years? Not sure
But it's something we could consider

No way we retain on Kane. He’s worth what he’s getting paid and he could easily fetch at least a first without any retention at all.

I would stay away from Gauthier, Mueller and McQuaid too. All of them aren’t very good.

Good God that trade is garbage for the Sharks. Would want a 1st plus an A prospect at least for EK9! man is a solid 25-30 goal a year player

Not only the goals, he can skate like the wind, hit hard, fight and he's a pretty decent 2-way player (often overlooked for this) If we are retaining on an EK9 trade a 1st and a strong prospect is coming back or it doesn't happen. Period. Boston has a pretty bad prospect pool and all their picks are late round. Not a solid trade partner unless Studnicka or Vaakanainen is coming back.

Thats a very very big no from SJ, not retaining on Kane for a late 1st.
