    So why would the Wings pick up a contra t of a guy who has 3 years left at 5.5 million and spent a good chunk of the year in the minors?

    Please this is bad and I di not even bring up the Boychuk trade.

    They had a chance to lock up a franchise goalie long term for 4.5mil. Not saying a 15 year deal is a good idea but people only trash the deal because he got injured. If he wouldve stayed healthy everyone wouldve been saying what a good deal it was.
