I don't think a first three drafts from now is enough to tempt Stevie Yzerman to take on James Neal's paper for you.

I don’t think giving up 2 1st rounders is the move the oilers aren’t at the point where it’s cup or bust if anything the cap your clearing should be looking for a goaltending improvement kahun filled the spot they were missing on LW Kassian is a suitable fit on RW for mcdavid especially if mcdavid has nuge now he just needs 1 scoring winger we don’t need a super line and if pulijarvi proves he can be a top 6 forward then we’re talking danger for other teams defence Hoffman isn’t the move anymore

2021 NHL draft is considered not a deep draft, 2022 is considered deep right now and 2023 is too far in the future. Why would Wings eat that cap hit for a pick so far in advance. His contract will be over and then we pick. Sorry it would need to be 2022. Even then I doubt Wings take on the cap hit, does not fit rebuild and in Flat Cap era and low revenue doe snot make good sense

Not moving 2 first round picks to make room for Hoffman he’s not good defensively not the type of winger McDavid or Draisaitl need they need defensively responsible wingers
