There's a hundred different things you can do with the forward lines and it'll end up good 99 times, so those aren't really too big a concern for me, but on D I wouldn't try to fix what isn't broken with the Muzzin-Holl pairing and I just don't think you can deprive Rielly of the best partner he's ever had.

As an outsider, (I know my opinion isn't going to be too welcome in a Leafs thread) I would be a bit concerned with Thorton centering the 3rd line. He is getting pretty slow and the east is a much much faster conference than the West. Maybe swap Spezza and Thornton or move Kerfoot to 3C and have a 4th line of Simmonds-Thorton-Spezza (that might be a concerns though as well in terms of speed but the line could also be very good against other teams 4th lines). The rest of the lineup isn't bad but like someone above said Reilly-Brodie and Muzzin-Holl would be better.

I think this is the hardest year in a while to predict the lines for a few reasons. 1 they were unhappy with their button six. So no one is safe. 2 They have more depth than Pasay years so some players aren't going to make this team. 3 Of Babs was the coach I could tell you the lines already but I don't know what Keefe likes enough. 4 I have a hunch that the roster size is going to be bigger this season. Could the leafs swap 2-3 a game to help stay fresh? With all that being said, I like Holl and Muzzin together. If that doesn't work than move Holl to the third Pair and play Rielly with Brodie or Bogosion

Dude it's about the lines. They will run a shorter bench and not have as many healthy scratches. They will only have 1, maybe 2 healthy scratches depending on what the roster is.
