Both teams decline. Tkachuk > Nylander. Mangiapane is a good young player too. Acciari had a nice season and he's on a good contract.

Im not a Nylander hater I just think that Tkatchuk is one of the best all around players, he is physical, scores goal, (with beauty sometimes) so it is really hard to get plus you add Mangiapane it will be harder

Tkatchuk IMO is better than Marner

Tkachuk is not yet better. Marner is better but they have equal value because of the contracts. Marner has a bigger role and still dominates

Marner is not as physical as Tkatchuk and almost have the same amount of talent

Tkachuk has a better contract and thus slightly more value, but Marner and Tkachuk are just as good as each other. If anything, Marner is better. Just obvoiusly not almost 4 mil better hahaha.

how is it that much better? Tkachuks contract is ending in 2 years and Marners is ending in 5. Also Marner isn't even making that much in actual money so it benefits teams like Florida. But Marners value is still higher

Marner has a higher talent level for sure, but theres only a few players in the league that have the same impact as Tkachuk does on both sides of the ice. That added to Tkachuks contract and its no question hes a better OVERALL player.
