Canadian division

Description
This is hard, other than the Sens, all the teams are really good.

I’m generally against the idea of a Canadian division because not all teams will get in.

Thoughts??

In my opinion, oilers would come in first if there was such thing.

As long as we're all agreed that the Senators finish last, lol

Montreal got a lot better. Calgary too. Markstrom is a big upgrade in front of their net and Tanev is better defensively with Tanev instead of Brodie.
The reason why I put Edmonton that low is because I don't like their goalie tandem who's probably the weaker of this division. Sure having McDavid and Draisaitl will help but if any of them misses time they don't have the depth like Calgary, Winnipeg, Montreal or Toronto. Basically Edmonton is a team were you have to contain McDavid and Draisaitl.

Edmonton's goalie tandem is the same one that backstopped them to a 1st place finish among Canadian teams last year though, so that's not a legit excuse. If Smith struggles mid-season again Forsberg is eager to show that his .908 sv% in Chicago wasn't a fluke.

And they DO have decent depth now - if McDavid gets injured they still have the second best center depth in Canada: Draisaitl, Nugent-Hopkins and Turris. Their wing depth is pretty good too, with the additions of Ennis, Kahun, Puljujarvi and a full year of Yamamoto - and they have several excellent defense prospects bubbling under who will be glad for an opportunity to fill in for any injuries to the D corps.

I don't think you've thought this through very well.
