Sabres probably arn't included because no one knows what their 1st line is yet. Hall might not even play with Eichel.

It's NHL Fantasy so it is for fantasy...

TBL is likely separating Point and Stamkos and isn't Hyman-Tavares-Marner the Toronto's line? And Panarin-Zibanejad are separated

They've made it clear they want him to play with Eichel but the 2 havn't even stepped on the ice together yet. A lot can happen between now and then and hence why they don't get projected on to a list like this.
