I was really dreading the contract we were gonna give him. Have to say, I love it lol. He can be interim 2C if Chytil still isn't ready. It's not ideal but not terrible as we probably won't contend this year. Next year he can be a 3C and then (hopefully) we let him walk as a UFA.

I think this is a good signing Strome is someone who’s starting to revive his career after his disastrous tenure with the oilers (thanks Peter Chiarelli) and it’s a movable contract
