    Tampa declines, Stamkos already said that he's not waiving his NMC, And he's definitely not leaving Tampa for Buffalo.

    This is a whole year from now, after buffalo takes the league by storm. Eichel wins the Hart, hall scores 40 goals, stamkos has his feelings hurt by reading all these trades by lightning fans who say they didn't need him to win the cup.
