Description

This is NOT a real offer or prediction or anything like that so don't take it too seriously. This is an idea I thought of out of boredom because lets face it, there's not much going on in the NHL right now.

This is all just for fun and to spark a discussion about value and whether either side (mainly Buffalo) would be interested in something that started with these as the main pieces swapping teams. Obviously it would need a ton of work from a cap standpoint alone, nevermind everything else

I don't see this being the best offer for Eichel. Especially considering they passed on Rossi at #8 as well.

as a wild fan i i think its a good offer but u have to either add parise or mats for cap space

Maybe after this year? I think they will go back to tear down mode if they don't make the playoffs this year. This and a couple 1sts could do it.

Eichel would be ideal for a team that has needed a face to carry their franchise since the day it was established.

My best offer (using this as the base) would be Kaprizov, Rossi, Zuccarello ($1m retained) for Eichel and Okposo. If you really want to stretch this out, i would consider adding Dumba and Ristolainen to the mix.
