I don't think any of this works for NSH.
-Offer sheeting Cirelli doesn't make sense for NSH. They already have two expensive top-six centers locked up. The cap space and draft picks are more valuable to NSH than Cirelli could be.
-Pekka's not going to get traded in his final year, even if he didn't have the NMC. A 2nd is much too much for Kämpf.
-No reason to trade Grimaldi right now (possibly at the deadline, if NSH isn't contending), but a 4th is too low.
-The last two trades basically even out to Rittich for Ingram which is terrible for NSH. Ingram is a top five goalie prospect, and will be important to NSH after next season, when Rinne presumably retires.
-$6M is fine for Hoffman, if the Preds want to go that route, but three years is too much term.
