And? Johnson for 4 yrs at $5 mil with Barkov and Huberdeau going to extensions. Plus they drafted this kid name Lundell to fill 2C

You can just leave him unprotected in the expansion draft. If Seattle wants a sweetener to take him then it should be worth it because of Sergachev unless it's a 1st. Maybe change the 1st in the original trade to a 2nd.

You only have to protect NMC not NTC.

You don't have to protect NTC.
