I'm sorry, but Calgary doesn't remotely consider that deal. In fact, I don't think they accept that deal for Gaudreau alone.

So we take on 2.75 mil for 3 more years and we give up the higher pick? Nope.

Bahahhahahahahha. Package any three assets together from Calgary and it doesn’t get mcavoy.

This deal stinks for both sides.

That trade probably favors the bruins for a year or two. Five years down the road people would be talking about Calgary robbing the bruins blind.

How? None of the bruins players in this trade can grow much more

The winger that scored 27 goals in 68 games in his second year in the league? You think that’s capped out?
The 23 year old 6’5” d man that can skate like crazy continuing to get more and more and more responsibility that’s already spent a season on a first pair, and then two more as a top four...no room there? Sorry, i don’t think you know the players.

You’re an idiot do you really think that the bruins would decline tkachuk for mcavoy? The flames would 1000000% decline tkachuk for mcavoy because that would be a horrendous trade for Calgary. The flames could easily get mcavoy if they wanted him

Carlo would be bottom pairing on Calgary and debrusk would be second line on Calgary at best but more likely third line they just would be given enough chances in Calgary because the flames have better players than those two. And that’s why they wouldn’t grow.

Ya. Bruins would deeeeeefinitely decline that deal. Mcavoy is their best player. He’s 22. They’re not moving him.
