I'm an oilers fan and I say competing for wild card in the west. Anaheim and sharks look like they are coming back to form.

As a Leafs fan, i think you guys will make the playoffs, but competing is at least a year if not two years away, for you guys, so I wouldn't get too carried away there.

Remember the Oilers will have some guys coming back from the IR. This will only help with depth and scoring/defense. The Sharks will not go away, but the Oilers will over take the Ducks this year...I would love to see what Drake can do when he is healthy...Tyler PItlick ? I hope he can stay healthy all year long. (history says no, but he can change that.)

I think you will get into the playoffs but I also think in a year or 2 you are going to regret the Lucic deal. Great leader, but obviously not a good complement for McDavid so people on the oilers really didn't do their homework

Looch was fun to watch the first 8 games, he's look winded and slow since. Love lucics legacy but hate his contract heading into latter of his career.

Wish we had 23 year old looch. Hopefully jhujar turns into lucic 2.0 maroon is also looking like younger version despite being the same age.
