What a freaking joke, So basically Tampa only saves them selves $1 million in cap space, Stamkos already said he's not leaving Tampa he chose to stay there for much less then what he could've have gotten on the open market. And he's stated numerous times that he plans on finishing out his contract there. So Nylander for Stamkos isn't happening.
