Tampa matches, dumping Boychuk costs more than that and no one is paying crap for Leddy atm.

Exactly, if moving the Leddy and Boychuk contracts are that easy then TB will have no trouble moving enough money to bring back all of their RFA's

If the isles could make those trades and sign serg they would've kept Toews for cheaper and signed barzy by now. The leddy trade pre FA seemed legit but he won't be moved. Boychuk is going to take 2 2nds or a first for sure, maybe more

laugh laugh The New York Islanders are in no position to offer sheet Mikhail Sergachev, And it's going to take far more then Bellows and Ho Sang to move Boychuk's contract. BriseBois would easily match a 5x$5.5 mil offer sheet on Sergachev you can be 10% over during the offseason moving Killorn and Johnson would do it. Got news for you no freaking way is Matt Barzal signing for 3x$6.5 mil he'll get at least $2 million more on a 5 year deal. Sergachev would never sign that joke of an offer sheet need to offer him at least $6.5 million to $7.0 million per season for him to sign one.

First of all tampa tried to move johnson and no one bit. Second barzal and pulock talked and agreed to take short term team friendly deals thats why pulock signed for 2x$5 mil when he easily could have gotten a long term deal at 6 or 6.5. Third idk how much you think bellows is worth but if lias andersson brought in a second bellows could bring in two at least.

Thats the problem but i think sergachev would sign this deal or something very similar. The reason its not already signed is so that if someone else gets offer sheeted they have leverage when trading say killorn.

How much do you think bellows is worth? The islanders and colorado are going to have late round picks

Bellows to me is a 3rd/4th rounder ish. B, B- prospect. Can play NHL minutes in some places, other not so much

Youre a funny guy lol. He could play nhl minutes on every team right now plus hes still developing. Will probably turn into a solid second liner good for 20g 45-50p and plays on the pp. Worth a hell of a lot more than a 4th rounder.
