Description

RULES:
Make a team that would finish last
Within 5 million below the cap
has to be Full time NHLers, or borderline AHLers. (So no going and making an AHL team)
Try to make it semi-realistic, so no like bjugstad as the 1c , having a few good playersetc...

HAVE FUN and @ me when you're done

Also, if you could make the future outlook of this team look like it will never emerge from the NHLs basement, you get bonus points.
