Colorado doesn't have the cap space for this and because Montreal did a mistake once doesn't mean they will do it again. Also MB can't be THAT stupid

I think that a trade with Florida would be better for showing why Montreal made the trade. I would've done; Montreal acquires Spencer Knight (Thibault), Henrik Borgstrom (Rucinsky), Erik Haula (Kovalenko) Florida acquires Carey Price (Roy), Ben Chiarot (Mike Keane).

Montreal really thought they were gonna win the trade with Kovalenko and Rucinsky coming off of good seasons and Thibault as a top goalie prospect.

J'avoue c'est pas pire, sauf que Haula n'est plus aux Panthers.

I'd say the point is to make realistic things, but depending on the titles there are some posts that are obviously humoristic

Just realised. Probably Wenneberg would be the next best example then. I was just trying to use current players to show how Montreal viewed their potential.

Look at the team he's had in front of him lol. David Desharnais as 1C for years. He has a Hart, a Vezina and Jennings to make up for it
