Boy, do I have a different opinion than the first two commenters. Keller had a nice first full season and then dropped off precipitously in his second year; he improved only slightly over that in the shortened season (annualizing out to 50 points or so). Nylander is a better producer (albeit on a far superior team) and in my mind, is much more valuable than Keller, especially when you take the particulars of his contract into account (he's now significantly cheaper than Keller). Hayton is an unknown quantity and Toronto don't need a center in any event; Kirk is rated by one authority as having virtually no chance whatsoever to see an NHL ice surface. I would reject this proposal for the Maple Leafs without a qualm.

I can't disagree with your comment except that Hayton seems a bit more interesting than an unknown quantity - he was a top 5 pick and seems to have good numbers overall so not an insignificant piece. I think he is partly an unknown quantity in as much that he is in Arizona's system as anything else. But maybe the glut at centre in Toronto is a better argument for why he's not needed

By "unknown quantity" I meant that he hasn't proven himself yet; of the first dozen picks in his draft (2018), he's the one I'd choose 12th in a re-draft. As I described him in another comment regarding this trade, I think that he's a stab in the dark, kinda like Lias Andersson or Jesse Puljujarvi at this point. I'm not saying that any of them are busts, but that they are unproven so far.
