    Don't forget about the defense!

    I'll take the Seattle deal.

Nino is a PURE cap dump. No need to acquire without a sweetener.

Nino was a great player just one calendar year ago.

He's overpaid sure but let's get real here, he's still a good player.

Not interested. He's average at best now. Better ways to spend $5M and help the Canes for nothing.

It'll cost more than that to move Okposo

Maybe im crazy, but i figure mittelstadt is the guy going to seattle. Not as a sweetener, just a recent top 10 pick that we dont protect

Didn’t Saad say he would love to stay in Colorado?

And Hall said he would love to stay in Buffalo and sign long term there. Need to wait and see how it goes on the ice before the player and the team for that matter decide if this is a long term fit

I am hard pressed to say that the Sabres goaltending has ruined anything for them at any point in recent history. The goaltending has been by no means elite but it has not been by any means the main problem. There were 9 teams that allowed as many or more GA than the Sabres in the restart last year and a few more within just a few goals difference. Only 3 teams in the entire restart scored fewer goals and they were all in the top 5 in goals against in the entire league. If the Sabres are not better this year it will be the same reason they have shown little to no improvement in the last several years. They rank at the bottom of the league in scoring goals
