I'm really torn on this...on one hand, I'd love to see Laine on the Ducks...on the other, giving up Hampus and Rakell in the same trade is just too much, especially if they have to retain on what is already a very reasonable contract.

I'd probably do Hampus+Jones+2nd (or a protected 1st), but I don't think I could do Hampus+Rakell+Jones.

That’s why I add Niku, this guy have potential to either be really good offensive top4 or just elite d in ahl or KHL

Yeah, but he's 24 and is an absolute liability out there defensively. I mean, I don't think I'd do Niku for Jones straight up, and personally, I'm not as high on Jones as most.

I'd do either Hampus+Jones+2nd, or Rakell+Fowler+a throw in. There's just no way I'd trade my best forward and my best defenceman in the same trade.

This is gotta be a hard no for the jets. The value is there, but after two seasons two of these guys could be gone. If you're trading a 22 year old with the ability to score like Laine does, you gotta get a package back that helps you for longer than that...IMO that is
