All three unrestricted free agents you signed are likely to get a smaller contract (term and AAV) at this point. Instead of signing Hamonic, NYI can play Pulock-Dobson-Mayfield on the right and Pelech-Leddy-Greene on the left.

AA can be had for 1-2 million on a one year deal most likely. THe guy struggled, no point on overpaying him long term
Duclair is a funny one. You'd think he wouldve signed by now, but maybe he wants too much money. If Im the islanders (or any other team) i would give me a one year "show me" contract
