Buyout windows.

The buyout window is closed. But I heard that Tampa has a new buyout window after signing Sergachev. I feel like this is incorrect but can't find anything that confirms or denys it.

Is there only one buyout window? So Tampa can't buyout anyone?

Tampa doesn't have a new buyout window there is one before free agency and one after signing someone in arbitration which Tampa hasn't done
