Salary Cap Mode: Basic

Description

Make the BEST team possible using the following

- One (1), bad contract with more than one year left, and a minimum cap hit of $3,000,000. (A bad contract is a player with negative value.)
- Two (2), Entry Level Contracts, because most cup winners have at least two bargain players on ELCs.
- Two (2), Veterans that are above the age of 35. Again, most cup winners have experience in the league.
- Have a 22-man roster.

Why is Rielly-Hamilton not the top pair?

Those are your 2 best defenseman and they would be unstoppabe together
And even if you dont want to put those 2 together, put Hamilton with his regular d-partner in Slavin

Heiskanen needs an Oleksiak to be effective, he wont be as effective as he regularly is without a "safety blanket partner"

Doesn't it say the bad contract needs to have more than 1 year left making Baertschi ineligible?

Rule 1 should also stipulate that the bad contract player has to actually be in the starting lineup. Otherwise, it doesn't really have much effect on the overall team.
