Oilers will take Lucas Raymond, Anthony Mantha, Tyler Bertuzzi and the next 3 1st rounders if Detroit wants McDavid, he single handedly made the Oilers so much more better once he arrived in Oil Country so that's what it will take, and that's what I will stand by, no more, no less

Boston is set at RW. No interest. Even if he was free.

Connor McDavid is a luxury that Detroit can ill to afford, So Detroit easily declines. Detroit's not mortgaging their future on one player even if that one player is Connor McDavid.

Yeah well thank god that Steve Yzerman is in charge right now, Yzerman would laugh at giving up those pieces. Detroit can't afford McDavid giving up the pieces for McDavid only puts us back in our rebuild not help it along.

Detroit declines, McDavid would be too expensive as a 2C behind Larkin

Why would you ever do a 6 year deal on a 31 year old? That's exactly the deal that lucic and James Neal got and look how bad the last 3 years hurt the team.

I think that was in response to someone saying it would cost Mantha, Raymond, Bertuzzi, and 3 1st's.

It really doesn't make sense for Detroit to pay what it would actually cost to get McDavid but obviously if the original trade was proposed we'd do it in a heartbeat.

Even in the craziest of ACGM's where DET trades for McDavid, there is still a Chiasson to Bos deal. Cant get away from it! hahah

With the 2nd going each way, are the Preds basically getting Kassian for free? Because NSH still declines that.
