Sure man, Too bad Anthony Cirelli wont sign it. Plus there's already talk of a deal being close. There's already a strong rumor of both Killorn and Johnson heading to Detroit with picks and prospects being added and possibly Detroit sending Zetterberg to Tampa if Yzerman gets his asking price for both Killorn and Johnson perhaps Yzerman sends Filppula back to Tampa and possibly Erne as well.

Cirelli better be pretty cheap for him and Cernak to fit under the cap and all they're trading away is Johnsson and Killorn.

Let alone you suggesting they send Filppula back.

They're already over the cap...

More importantly I was not particularly serious. Mostly just bored.

Also I hope Detroit gets a tonne of futures. Johnson has a full NTC and Killorn partial. Tampa has zero leverage and johnssons contract sucks

Haven't seen Killorn enter the Detroit trade rumor mills yet. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but my quick mental math says Johnson going to Detroit and Zetterberg coming to Tampa would be enough to keep Killorn and sign RFAs. Unless that's part of what Yzerman is asking for in return for taking Johnson and giving us Zetterberg for LTIR room since JBB doesn't want to give away the first.

Trading just Johnson brings you about 2 mil under the cap without signing Cernak or cirelli

WHo know what Cirelli will or wont do. Someone should be at least trying to force TB's hand

Maybe because it's already been reported here out of Tampa that he wont sign one, He loves it here and doesn't want to play anywhere else.

He loves it, but if the $$ difference is significant he would be silly not to at least consider it.
