Canucks decline, Motte is their best bottom-six forward and they have no need for another goalie

Wow?? Trading rust and Dumoilin for that is a mistake. A big mistake. And Jarry/C.Desmith is the reason we don’t have huge cap issues. Why trade that luxury? And Tanev is probably going in the expansion draft. I would bet Tanev, or ZAR or Matheson, depending on This year!!

And Tanev isn’t a top 6. In sorry, he’s just not.

What entices anyone in pgh by 2nd, 4th and 5th round picks?? A contending, play-off team.

Why exactly are the Rangers trading Lindgren and Lemieux for Dumoulin? Dumoulin is essentially an older version of Lindgren, no thanks.

Hard no from the Rangers.

How are you saying hard no by rangers??? Dumo is miles better than Lindgren. This is a steal for NYR. Not even close

Miles better? Lindgren is 22 years old and quickly becoming a defensive beast. Sure, Dumoulin is an excellent defensive dman right now but hes also 7 years older. Wheres NY in a rush to go? By the time the Rangers become a legitimate threat Dumoulin will be in his 30s and Lindgren will be entering the prime years of his career. Not a smart move for the Rangers.

All 3 of these trades are bad for Pittsburgh.
