Just what we need -- another left-handed forward, and an expensive one at that! Plus he costs us a draft pick that is probably in the top 40! Maybe we should add Sam Steel!

I mean, the current roster left handed shots are nothing special. Killorn would be the best one on the team by far. & in the world situation right now, for a low market team like Anaheim to not have to pay Kesler to sit at home, that's actually a pretty good deal for the Ducks to not have to give up a prospect to move him. The draft this year isn't too strong after the top 15-20 so it's not a high price at all. But I would just guess that you would have your bifocals on when you read that so it makes sense that you don't think its a good deal.

I’d imagine what the ducks owe Kesler after insurance is roughly even to Killorn’s money, So the ducks are paying a 2nd just for production but also taking spot from Jones/Comtois. Killorn is also 31.

I hope you were duly impressed by this guy's absolutely cutting insult in the last sentence. I don't think I'll be able to go out in public for a month.

This deal helps Tampa much more than the Ducks.
