Actually this isn't bad. Yes, you might say now they have zero cap space to sign players coming off ELC's over the next two years, but wait, they have nobody significant coming off their ELC in the next two years. They can make a couple more runs for the cup and not worry about cap troubles.

Lol. The Pens don’t want 5 years of TJ at 5M per. And don’t need a LW in Killorn at all. We don’t even have much room for Poulin right now on the LW and his strong side. Why would we trade McCann for that?? He’s 24 years old and back to back 35 point seasons. 19 goals the year b4 last. He gonna be a 20 goal scorer this year just playing LW. And not being bounced around from 3C to LW, to top 6, to 3rd line. He’s just sticking on the LW this year. Supposedly.

I don’t think the pens trade him right now unless they get a good offer. And that’s not it. And the TB trade makes no sense either. If it did happen. There should be no pick coming from PGH. It would be a 1st and an 2nd coming over from TB to take TJ and Killorn’s contracts and contract terms!!

Marino needs signed long-term this coming off-season. So does Blueger and ZAR. They shouldn’t be huge deals except maybe Marino. But hopefully it stays under 4.25M per. And Blueger and ZAR arnt gonna be making 750K and 1M respectively. It’s gonna be more like b/ween 1.5-225M.

Blueger and ZAR are expendable, and they can definitely make room for Marino.

Tanev/Blueger/ZAR was our shut-down line last year. All 3 had Selke votes. And Blueger and ZAR are young. They played against the opponents top line every night!! And the line chips in with alittle scoring too!! All 3 play on our Top PK too. I Ithink signing Blueger and ZAR, if not taken in the expansion draft, will be a priority!!

Sharks aren’t taking Tanev’s contract. McCann isn’t bad though. Would like him.
