Sharks aren't in a place to not have their top 3 picks in the draft. WOULD NOT HAPPEN

I agree, I think this would be good for the sharks, but I don't think Cirelli would accept.

If Cirelli was going to sign an offer sheet it would've happened by now. Point turned down offer sheets last year before he signed. Sergachev recently said there was zero chance of him signing an offer sheet. I'm guessing same goes for Cirelli and Cernak.

4.4 is not gonna do it. TB would just match that and figure out the space later. If youre gonna offer sheet him, you gotta overpay or else you're just doing TB's work for them
