Without looking into it...I'd guess Carlsson, Steel, Comtois and mayyyybe Dahlstrom are the only ones that weren't?

basically all of the best players on this team LOL

man was in charge from nov 29th 2008 to jan 9th 2013 and by god he did a lot of damage

but yes let's listen to his advice on how to build a playoff team

Impressive. The 2011 draft alone was a massacre.

His draft record in Anaheim was hilariously bad as well.

Josi is a bit of a stretch. Toronto traded that pick to Arizona, who then traded it to Nashville in a move-up trade. Same could be said for Smith, his pick was originally in the Toskala trade, but San Jose traded it to Nashville.

Petterson and Kase were mostly down to mismanagement by Nonis. He bought out their 2C in the summer to sign a winger. Suddenly come November, all of Toronto's centres are out injured. Traded away futures for Peter Holland.

Konecny kind of sucks. They were trying to maximize the number of players in the 2015 draft. Ended up with Dermott and Bracco.

it's actually insane, there's an ENTIRE core of players in every position there that could've formed a competitive team

saad, seguin, and rakell, gibson and grubauer as the 1A 1B, and a right D of Hamilton and Manson, that's a legit core of players that could lead a team

Those were all high picks. When it came to drafting outside of the guaranteed talent, his record is abysmal.
