Mittelstadt, due to O'Reilly not being traded isn't rushed, stays a 2nd year at Minnesota, develops conditioning and muscle and doesn't suck.

not chasing this butterfly affect too much by changing cozens/quinn picks.

its literally the trade we made for him in reverse.

the whole premise is if we didnt trade oreilly.

Didn't O'Reilly request to leave Buffalo because he hated it there?

Wasn't aware that it was based on the domino effect you perceive for the O'Reilly trade. Just thought you were reversing some Buffalo trades because you didn't like them

The Sabres went downhill in trades when we traded a 40 goal prime Vanek for peanuts and Moulson Canadian

We traded vanek for a 1st, a 2nd and a 30 goal scorer who we flipped for two 2nds and then resigned. We were also tanking and weren't gonna resign vanek. It was a fantastic trade.

Doesn't mean it wasn't good value for someone we weren't resigning.
