Why would we give up Joey Anderson? He's our next Sundin

As an insane Leaf fan I take exception to this comment. By being apart of the small group (relative to the rest of the fanbase) that wants to keep Nylander & Marner and was happy the Leafs took Amirov over Schneider, it's the insane ones (it's either I'm insane or everyone else is which is far more concerning) that keep the conversations interesting.

It's more like the insane Leaf fans are the Marshmallows in the bowl of Lucky Charms cereal

This is over payment, yes, but it doesn’t help TOR this season. It’s a great trade for value, bad trade for improvement. More moves would then be needed. The NHL isn’t like a fantasy league where there’s plenty of trading. It’s more infrequent than people realize, especially larger deals.

I've seen personally a lot more than one bad apple. It's pretty much every single Leafs fan I've met in person.

I’m sure everyone’s met crazy fans. I once met with a habs fan who thought shea Weber is better than Roman josi

And every prospect in their system is gold. Meanwhile you are lucky if 60% have a nhl career longer than 5 seasons. They would still be saying Bracco has top 6 potential if they resigned him. I mean, great, it’s good to be positive. But it’s past that point, to unrealistic, semi delusional about some prospects. It’s crazy.

Now I have them telling me about Hallander and his potential..lol. And I’m a fan!! I still want him to do well!! But even in Pgh, he was expected to be a bottom 6 LW. 3rd line LW ceiling!! He’s tough, and plays in front of the net, a Hornqvist type player. Again, I’m a fan!! But they want to tell me he’s a Center, and a playmaker. And all kinds of sh*t, that I’m just like, u just got him 4 months ago, and had no clue who he was b4 that. I atleast have been following him and reading about him since he was drafted. But they get their rose colored prospects glasses on and try to tell me he’s a 3C. And is NHL ready..lol.

Well, that’s not too crazy. U think?? I would say Weber is defiantly a better Point on the PP. I still think Weber, Letang and Krug are the best defensemen playing the Point on the PP. 1A, 1B, 1C. U can put them in any order. But ya, Josi is a lot better now. IMO though, all Nashville defenders(including a Weber) have padded stats. Defensive stats. Their defensive system is so good, every D-man that plays there has career years. And then they go to another team and come back down to Earth. But IMO, Weber is HOF. Josi still got alittle to go. But the last 5-6 years, ya, Josi’s been a stud. A top 3 D in the NHL.
