Value is fine, but not for Bruins. They have a bunch of young Dmen. They need young centers, so I don't see them moving two.

They need a certified top pairing LD or, let the young kids battle it out and see if Zboril or Vaakaniana can grow into that.

Still a no. Boston has no need for Strome. And they are not trading Studnicka...period.

Boston was not interested in trading for Strome when they had a need for him. They don’t now.

C- Bergy, Krejci, Coyle, Kuraly, Studnicka, Frederic

RW - Pasta, Kase, Smith, Wagner, Studnicka, Senyshyn

Pasta will miss a few a weeks which allows them to give Seny an audition or play Studnicka who is ready.

If Boston makes a move it’s for a LD or LW.

Even if Boston was interested in Strome, and believe me they are not, they would never move Studnicka for him.

Definitely better, but there’s a few things you gotta get out of there.
1. Studnicka. Not being traded unless there’s a better center prospect coming the other way, and that wouldn’t make much sense.
2. Strome and Bowden - bruins don’t want them.

Bruins won't move Studnicka. Where is Strome going to play with Bergeron-Pastrnak, Krejci-Kase and Coyle-Smith on C/RW ? The trade doesn't make sense.

Better quality wise, but it will be the same "no" answer from the Bruins solely because you have Studnicka in the deal.

With the Bruins already having a very thin high quality prospect core, Studnicka is in the bottom of the list of guys they would trade. However, I don't think Frederic is nearly as untouchable as Studnicka, but the Bruins probably don't have any reason to trade him either.

I think Frederic is more "untouchable" than you think. Fully untouchable? no, no one is really. Frederic plays a big heavy game, throws the body and is always willing to drop the gloves. He's one of the few prospects Boston has that fits that mold. He's also a better producer that his numbers show. You talk to people who watch him night in and night out and he was snake bitten last year in scoring. a few people I've heard from said he could have easily had another 6-8 goals, but rang the post instead.

Would love to see him centering 4th line this year with Kuraly and Wagner. Doubt it tho. Too many mouths to feed. Would like to see Blidh get a shot too.

I wouldn't be opposed to Frederic on L4. Problem is I think he's competing with Ritchie for a 4th line role and I imagine Ritchie will get every chance possible.

Oh ya agreed. I’d prefer they package Ritchie and Zboril for cheap average LD or overpaid 2nd pair type and open up the slot for Frederic but that’s unlikely.
