Ottawa still declines - give them more incentive otherwise they couldn’t care less. They’re still taking 15 mil in cap hit for a 3-4th liner

Its not going to cost that much to move Okposo, especially with the expansion draft upcoming

Honestly, I think this is probably the price for offloading Okposo's contract given the financial situations around the league.

It just isn't a price I'd be willing to pay. I'd rather just bite the bullet and deal with his contract for the next three years.
