It's not an insulting offer or anything, but the Blues probably say no thanks. I think the gap from Debrusk to Sanford is smaller than the gap between Dunn and UrhoV (who the Blues already have an NHL-ready play-alike of that is bigger and skates better). They'd be more likely to bite on a strong RD prospect than an LD prospect.

Philly and Boston both decline that one. Hawks pass. Jets 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Blues is interesting, but Dunn is even less of 1st pair guy than Grizz is and would be better of being paired with Carlo who is used to babysitting an offense first, D questionable d man.

Debrusk is better than Sanford by a decent amoun,t and Urho has a higher cap than Dunn rn...

Bruins reject, this guy doesnt speak for us anyway though

Debrusk is better offensively but Sanford can chip in offense and plays a heavy game. Debrusk is more valuable for sure. But Dunn is more valuable than Urho by a similar amount.

Dunn is better than Vaakanainen and Debrusk is slighlty better than Sanford, so to me it's either a blues decline or a fair trade

I agree, the fact that Dunn would be their 3rd pair and Debrusk is an upgrade over Sanford makes me think they would accept.

I know the CHI deal is a minor part, but they'd also reject. That just stops the development of other prospects and eats up cap for years to come. It's a pretty bad trade for the Hawks overall.

But Urho is younger and has a higher cap right now as I said. You are thinking about that in the present only. Hope this helps!

Based on what? His draft slot? Zboril went even higher how has that worked out? I have not seen anything from Urho that suggests more than a 4/5 d man. Dunn is at least that already and can QB the PP.

Literally all recent reports are saying Urho is a 2/3 cap. Possibly a top pair guy and most likely a 3rd dman.
Like Zboril, he (and ANYONE) could bust and not perform up to their projection

However yeah Dunn is also a top 4 guy rn with a similar cap, but hes older as well. So fine call them even if you want, but Dunn certainly isnt more valuable than Urho, thats just quick maths
(Just for more facts/stats - At the AHL level Urho is .5 ppg and Dunn is a little over .5 ppg, but also as you mentioned he is much more offensive vs Urho who is apparently a two way guy)
But debrusk vs Sanford is two years older, has nearly half the PGG as debrusk, and until this year ahsnt had more than 10 goals (we love our home gorn guys in boston, but not for a clearly better palyer)

I actually remember the three of u from before my break, and I like all 3 of you. But the facts are the facts, and Truly i dont get why yall wanna keep arguing against the facts lmaoooo

The bruins reject this trade on Value and Probably on pieces, the blues might ALSO reject, but they have the value advantage by a slight bit

I can show you reports that question Urho’s abilty to transition to the NHL and could struggle to move the puck at that level. 🤷🏻‍♂️ The eyeball test for me is iffy. Granted i have only seen him play 15 or so games.

Sanford is a finished product i believe anyway, a 30-35 point solid 3rd liner that won’t kill you if he has to move to 2nd but not ideal. Debrusk has avg 25g per 82 even with a slump and has more upside still. That is where the difference in this trade really lies. Comes down to team needs and preference. Not sure either team does it honestly. But i can make a case for both to accept or both to decline. It’s pretty fair. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Imagine thinking Kase has more value than Voracek. Kase has never been able to stay in the lineup and has broken 20 goals and 30 pts once in his career. Kase's career high matches Voracek's career low - his rookie year. Makes no sense for the Flyers to get worse on the ice and give up picks.

Wow. Pass that bong over here. Nobody thinks Urho is top pairing material, and it's adorable that you try to compare their minor league stats when Dunn is a bonafide NHL player.

Real talk: If Urho gets to even close of what Dunn is now, it will be a shock miracle. And Dunn has barely scratched the surface of his potential. Urho has nowhere near the skill of Dunn, dude.

Nobody does. 6m in cap savings is significant especially right now. JV contract isn’t a good one now, at his age and length it won’t get better. Philly does not improve on ice with this deal by any means. They become far more cap healthy. Boston gets better on ice but get put in cap hell. It’s a no from both.
