this isn't going to happen, and the reason it's not going to happen is that his contract is 1 year too long. No one is gonna take on that contract in 3 years. It will be 7 mil at 34 years old and most people probably aren't going to touch that. They will be looking for cash to sign their younger players then.
So there is just too much of a mess here.
CBJ window isn't win now. It's win this whole decade.
