You got that right (regard the Toronto trade). I like the rest, and I like the uniqueness, but not a chance the Maple leafs do that deal, even if they could.

Yeah, that’s why they’re just possibilities, I just figured it relieves Toronto a bit of cap and gives them a good LW for line one, and it gives Vegas an Elite 1C

Ya, I like the thought process behind it. Just no way the leafs trade their captain with a NMC.

Then, you won't get that in return if you're " dumping cap ". Martinez is overpaid and Vegas need to clear, at best they get a 5th if they don't retain. Bruins isn't the good team.
