Seems like he did 23 and under. Would at least disqualify a few of those. Not sure why the big names like McDavid and Matthews are missing though.

Primeau is better than Scott. Romanov, Byram, Bear, Bouchard, Ty Smith all better than Dermott. Soooooo many better young forwards not listed.

Those are all guys from the 2015 draft (like Chabot) or later
