Don't know why you say that. Jimmy should have been shackled by ownership years ago, for this poor handling of off season UFA signings
Canucks may not want to spend to the cap this season since expected bonuses of Pettersson and Quinnwill take them over the cap this season.

Ottawa doesn't have much use for those players, and certainly wouldn't give a 3rd for them. Rafferty is interesting, is he really legally blind in his right eye?
