We might move Byron, Weal or Kulak to clear space and have a 23 man roster, we certainly have the picks to dump Byron and Kulak could fetch a mid round pick
If Byron is on the roster send Frolik to Taxi squad and switch Romanov for Juulsen

That's assuming Perry is the 13th forward, but i think that's right. He would not have signed to be part of the Taxi

If Armia or Kulak are not traded, Byron in the Taxi could solve the cap issue indeed. Who would claim him at 3.4 for 3y? He's valuable but with the flat cap he's overpriced. Maybe Bergevin has the guts to put his assistant captain on waivers...
