    Man, I love Kailer Yamamoto, but that contract makes no sense at all. He's an RFA who isn't eligible for arbitration - he has literally no leverage here. And the cap is going to be flat for a number of years yet... look what Bear got, that's probably along the lines of what Yamamoto will get.

    No way the Jets are interested in 3 years at 3.2 million in Kassian ( probably a 4 th liner soon imo). Not a great contract in a flat cap era. Good luck trying to shed his salary unless you are willing to find a team rebuilding. Going to need to throw draft picks in as compensation for taking on Kassian.

    He is not trading him to the jets it says that hes being taken in the expansion draft on the trade.
