Oilers don't need RHD, is the first thing. Second I just highly doubt Miller at his cap double-ish what Kulak's is could ever be worth the same on this flat cap market. Miller has been reduced to a 3rd pair Dman at almost 4 mil, and the main thing he should bring (offense) was gone last season. The Oil have a 3rd pair Dman payed 4 mil per year and plays 17 minutes a night in Kris Russell, who is still bringing his specialty nightly (sacrificing his body in the PK). But the Oil would likely have to add a pick to dump him at 4 mil. Just the reality for a high cap 3rd pairing dman this strange season I think.

He may be fine as a complementary guy for some team, just won't play ahead of Bear Larsson or Barrie on the Oil. And again,the cap hit is just tough to move right now for anything of much value.
