Salary Cap Mode: Basic

Description

This is the only team that makes sense for Kane IMO. Have the cap space and the cup aspirations. Can not see this trade happening. But I think COL is the only realistic scenario. Not sure either team would do this however.

IMO chance Kane is traded <5%. But if he were to be, I think COL would be where to.

Make another trade for cap space or blackhawks retain a bit.

Hawks only do it if Kane asks to be traded, but if he does that's definetly a very strong offer that they would probably take

Yeah like I said, I highly doubt he gets dealt. I'm just saying if he were to, this is basically the only team I can see it making sense for.

They don’t have cap space. They have to sign makar landeskog and grubauer.

You just killed the avs roster flexibility and gave up byram. Reckless moves

Drop Saad and Calvert next year, there's your money. Adds 8 mil. Sign Makar 3 years at 5.5. extend Landeskog at 7.5 mil for however many years. Good to go.

Agreed, my take is that the Hawks will want to keep Kane and Toews for their entire careers. However, if Kane wanted out this would be a good offer, probably one of the best trade proposals for Kane I've seen. I'm impressed he didn't go for the long hanging fruit with the Hawks re-re-acquiring Saad.

Space and contract values

Waste of time here, look at the contract cap space next year and do the math, it’s not hard to figure out

You said avs have cap Space, they don’t, explained to you why they don’t

You’re whole idea doesn’t work bc of reality of cap space that you ignored even after being said there isn’t any

So no avs can’t trade for Kane
