Amirov is a top 6 or bust. That’s why I hated that pick. If he doesn’t play a top 6 role, he doesn’t play in the NHL. Just like Bracco. It’s why I hate that pick at 15. He has no “floor” as a prospect. Just a high ceiling. And I doubt he’s ready for the NHL until he is atleast 22-23 years old. He still has a ways to go.

Hallander isn’t a Center. He’s a LW. Will play LW in the NHL. He hasn’t played Center in years. He plays LW now and will in the NHL. Anything you see or read says he’s a LW and will play LW and will continue to play LW.

I disagree about Amirov. He could be a third liner (I think he'll be better than that though). He's not fourth line material I don't think but you don't exactly want your 15th overall pick sitting on the fourth line either.

I doubt it. He’s not a enough of a checker, two-way player to be a 3rd line wing. Even to start his career. He’ll play AHL until completely ready to be a top 6. Or bust out. Again, he has no NHL “floor”.

Not saying he won’t contribute as a top 6 on a NHL team. That’s just the type of player he is. A fast, fancy stick-handling, scoring wing. That’s all well and good too. It’s not a knock. He’s has NHL potential. But he can’t play as an NHL bottom 6. And like u said, that’s not why u draft him either. I just wrote that b/c u have him on your 3rd line here. Again, He’ll be a top 6 or bust. And play in the AHL/KHL until completely ready to be a top 6.
