Certainly doesn't improve the Leafs at all. Why is there belief that other teams bottom enders are so much better that the Leafs. Defence is worse than the current edition, maybe the goaltending is worse too.,

i mean, it's true. The wild trade is a terrible defensive downgrade for not really any gain at 3c, Jack Johnson is one of the worst defenders in the NHL, the leafs have no need to trade dermott and they REALLY dont need another aging vet like Bobby ryan at the expense of their best PK forward

So did you just throw Boyd into this because he's from Minnesota? The trade sucks to begin with but I can at least understand why the other players are involved. We don't want every Minnesotan just because they are from here. The idiot who started that rumor over the summer was very quickly debunked.
